ABOUT ME
Born in Moldova, I am a photographer, filmmaker, and researcher working between documentary, portraiture, and video. Having moved abroad at a young age, I developed a practice that revolves around questions of home, migration, and belonging. My projects explore youth, memory, and the transformation of cultural spaces in Eastern Europe, weaving together intimate visuals and text. My work has been supported by Magnum Photos and the Romanian Centre for Documentary Photography, and published in outlets such as The Calvert Journal. With a background in history and political sociology, I bring both research and personal reflection into my storytelling, creating work that is at once intimate and socially engaged.
